Do you have the talent, the ideas, and the expertise but sometimes hold back from fully owning your value?

You are not alone. And this evening was designed for you.

Unmute Your Value is an intimate, curated leadership evening in partnership with Technopark Morocco, featuring a live moderated conversation with the Honorable Consul General Ms. Marissa Scott of the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca—exploring what it truly takes for women to lead with confidence, presence, and impact on the global stage.

Through a podcast-style dialogue, we will go into the real questions women leaders face: why we shrink when we should shine, how to advocate for ourselves with clarity and grace, and how our voice—when fully expressed—becomes a force that reshapes the rooms we walk into.

The evening will also celebrate the graduation of the EngLead Global Accelerator, honoring an exceptional cohort of women who have spent months building their executive presence, communication confidence, and cross-cultural leadership skills.

The evening includes:

• A live moderated leadership conversation with Consul General Marissa Scott

• Audience Q&A and interactive discussion

• Trophee ceremony honoring EngLead Global graduates

• Networking with a carefully curated community of global women leaders
