About the event

Leading the Next Era.

The Human Edge of Global Leadership in the Age of AI

An intimate, podcast-style conversation on the skills, mindsets, and relationships defining the next era of global leadership.

Leadership is being redefined in real time.

Artificial intelligence is changing how we work. The economic relationship between Morocco and the United States is entering a new chapter. More professionals than ever are building careers across borders and bringing new ideas home.

In a world moving this fast, the leaders who thrive will not simply be the most experienced or the most technical. They will be the ones who think clearly, communicate with conviction, earn trust across cultures, and bring people with them through change.

The evening brings together leaders, executives, and professionals for a conversation, a celebration, and the introductions that follow.

Rose Custis, Director of Dar America, sits down with Manal Elattir, Communication and Collective Intelligence Expert and Founder of EngLead Global, for an honest, unscripted conversation about what leading well requires in the era now taking shape.

Recorded live in a podcast format, the conversation stays open to the room throughout. Questions and reflections from the audience help shape where it goes. You are not just watching it. You are part of it.

The Questions on the Table

  1. What does a new era of leadership actually demand, and how does it differ from what worked before?

  2. Where are the real opportunities in the next chapter of Morocco and United States economic relations?

  3. As AI reshapes work, which human capabilities become more valuable rather than less?

  4. What do Moroccans who studied or built careers in the United States bring home, and how does that exchange change both countries?

  5. What earns trust when you lead across cultures and cannot rely on shared context?

  6. How do leaders keep people moving through change without losing them along the way?

Who This Is For

Managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals, men and women, who sense that the rules of leadership are shifting and want to lead the change rather than react to it.

The Power Seat Recognition Ceremony

The evening closes with a celebration. The graduates of the EngLead Power Seat Cohort will receive their Power Seat Recognition Certificate. These Moroccan professionals are completing an intensive programme in leadership communication in English.

They embody the message of the evening: in a changing world, how you think, speak, and lead is your greatest advantage.

The ceremony is followed by a group photograph and a reception, where the room stays and the introductions happen.
